End of Season Business:
All Guest Artists should provide Company Management with travel plans well before departure. Similar, to your arrival, Company Management will coordinate ground transportation to airports, train stations, and the DC Metro.
In addition, a member of Company Management will schedule a time to check out of housing and designate a location on campus to meet for departure. At that time, Company Management will collect all keys and other paperwork.
Should you have any non-perishable food items or household items that you do not wish to take with you, Company Management can help coordinate a donation to Shepherd University’s Ram Pantry (https://www.shepherd.edu/rampantry) or Shepherdstown Shares (https://www.shepherdstownshares.org). Both provide food, clothing, and household items to students and residents of Shepherdstown in need.
If any of your personal items are left behind, Company Management will coordinate returning these to you if so desired.
