CATF will provide housing free of charge for all Guest Artists. Most of our Company Members will live on-campus in Shepherd University Residence Halls. Each artist will be assigned a private bedroom with one other housemate, unless otherwise negotiated at the contractual level.
The Dunlop & Printz Apartments are two identical buildings located across the parking lot H from the West Wood Suites. These three story buildings contain up to 32 units. Each apartment includes a kitchen, living room, restroom(s) and bedrooms. Each bedroom in the apartments have two twin-xl beds, 2 three drawer nightstands, two closet spaces, two desks, and two chairs. Beds will be pushed together to create a king sized bed in each occupied bedroom.
In addition, each living room has one upholstered chair, one upholstered sofa, a coffee table and controls for the central air conditioning unit.
Please do not take the furniture outside the suites. If you move furniture within the suite it must be restored prior to your departure. Windows must be closed if not occupied to reduce chances of mold growth.
CATF provides gas BBQ grills stationed outside of Martin Hall, located in West Woods for Company use. Company Management will provide propane for the grills throughout the summer. If a grill runs out of propane, please let Company Management know, and we will replace it.
Please do not remove the grills from their original locations. Due to fire safety codes, all grills must remain 25 feet from the residence halls.
The Company Manager creates all housing assignments and will do their best to ensure Guest Artists have input on their housing mates, which floor they live on, and any further housing accommodations needed.
The residence halls are downhill from the Frank Center and are a five-minute walk to the Center for Contemporary Arts.
Company Members are responsible for the cleanliness of their housing unit. Therefore, please return all non-perishable items in an acceptable condition before you depart at the end of the season. And feel free to contact Company Management to replace necessary items before the end of the Festival.
