CATF has one vehicle, a sage green 2001 Subaru Forester, available for all guest artists use.
This vehicle was donated to CATF by Board of Trustee Sharon Anderson. Please note that because this is an older vehicle, it does have some items of note:
The "check engine" light is always lit because the sensor is broken. However, it has been thoroughly checked by a licensed mechanic and is safe to drive.
If you are using the passenger side door, it sometimes gets stuck. We have found that if you lock/unlock the door from the inside using the button on the passenger door, it lets loose.
A black 2001 Mazda truck is also available and prioritized for production work use. To reserve this vehicle, a separate Google calendar tracks its usage.
This vehicle was donated to CATF by Board of Trustee Jeanne Muir. Please note that because this is an older vehicle, it does have some items of note:
This vehicle does not have AC. The air system does sometimes blow, but the air will not cool.
The "check engine" light is always lit because the sensor is broken. However, it has been thoroughly checked by a licensed mechanic and is safe to drive.
All CATF Vehicles are currently parked in the upper lot by the Marinoff Theatre. Please return the vehicle to the same parking lot. If you are unable to do so, please inform Company Management where you parked the vehicle upon returning the keys.
Keys can be checked out with Company Management. Please do not take keys without expressed confirmation of your reservation. An email regarding the ability to accommodate your request will be sent the evening before your reservation date. Please return your vehicle in a timely fashion so all guest artists can take advantage of this opportunity.
Before returning the vehicle drivers must ensure the gas has been properly filled up.
Please remove all personal items and trash after each use. All vehicles include products to sanitize the vehicle after use.
A basic needs trip is defined as a company vehicle being used for purposes such as trips to a grocery store or pharmacy, a doctor's or medical appointment, or to do a work-related task for CATF.
Any other trips (ie. sightseeing, going out to eat) are deemed personal.
Basic needs requests will be prioritized over personal requests.
We ask that all reservations keep to 3 hours or less to allow other Artists use of the vehicle. If you need a vehicle for a full day, reach out to Company Management for suggestions on how to meet this need.
***CATF requires all drivers to hold a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. A liability waiver must be on file prior to vehicle use. And a copy of your drivers license on file. Each vehicle is equipped with accident report forms, a roadside emergency kit and a hands free cell phone device.
Drivers are responsible for all traffic & other violations while operating the vehicle per the company handbook.
