Shipping and mailing:
In the CATF Main Office, all Guest Artists will have an assigned mailbox and package pickup location. Company Management will deliver the mail daily and it distribute accordingly. If a package is too large to transport safely to your housing unit, Company Management can assist with delivery.
Please only use the provided addresses below to avoid mail getting lost. All mail delivered by UPS/FedEx/Amazon may take up to 72 hours for delivery to the CATF offices. If you receive a notice of delivery message from the mail carrier, this means the parcel has arrived at the mail room on Shepherd University campus.
Only Full Time Staff and members of Company Management may pick up mail at both delivery locations, unless otherwise permitted.
Shepherd University accepts mail delivery Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.
Delivery on weekends & nationally recognized holidays will result in a rescheduled delivery on a weekday.

The mailing system will not accept meal delivery kits such as Hello Fresh, Home Chef, Freshly, Blue Apron, etc., as it can take up to 72-hours to process a package through the mailing system.
Should you need to receive medication that requires refrigeration, please notify Company Management when the delivery should be made. We will prioritize these packages and coordinate delivery.
When you arrange to have your mail forwarded, sign up for a ***TEMPORARY*** transfer with a start and end date. Should mail arrive after your departure, CATF will reach out for forwarding information.
