CATF works alongside Shepherd University's Residence Life Managers and Campus Facilities Management for all housing needs. Unless it is an emergency, SU Facilities will make repairs on weekdays between 7am and 4pm EST. Complete the form below to submit a request for a repair or service.
If you've requested repairs, a University maintenance employee must enter your unit. All maintenance staff should be wearing a dark colored shirt identifying themselves as an employee. If the adjustment is extensive, maintenance personnel may need to enter another unit in the building to get to circuit breakers, water heaters, etc.
Company Management will do their best to notify all occupants should any repairs need to be made and a generic time frame of when to expect maintenance employees.
If Company Management can fix the issue, they will schedule a maintenance appointment with the Occupant(s) directly and inform SU Facilities of the repair.

Should your dehumidifier "clean filter" light come on. Here are instructions on how to clean it.
· Pull out the bucket that collects the water
· Reach hand into the area where the bucket was – with fingers pointing up to the top of the dehumidifier
· There is a screen/filter that pulls down and out (closer to the front of the dehumidifier)
· Remove the collected dust and rinse
· Re-insert the filter (may require a little patience)
· Re-install the bucket
